Palmora is a casino hotel in Punta Pacífica, where royal palms meet the glass towers of Panama City and the Pacific opens up in front of the windows. Mornings start with Panamanian coffee on the terrace; evenings begin when the skyline lights come on across the bay.
Between the two there is time for the garden spa, a walk along the waterfront to the old streets of Casco Viejo or an afternoon in the rainforest that still grows inside the city. After dinner, adults who enjoy it can spend an hour on our gaming floor.

You can send a request online, but we do not take payments on this website. E-mail or call us with your dates, and our reservations team will confirm availability and the booking with you personally.
Who can enter the gaming floor?
Adults aged 18 and over only. Everyone shows valid photo ID at the door on every visit — hotel guests included.
Do I have to stay at Palmora to visit the gaming floor?
No. Adult visitors with valid ID are welcome, and a stay with us never involves gaming unless you choose to go.
Is gaming included in the room rate?
No. Rooms, meals and spa treatments are priced on their own, and stays are never sold in packages with gaming.
Is Palmora good for families?
Yes. Families are welcome in the rooms, at the pool, in the restaurant and in the garden. The gaming floor and the bar are for adults only.
How do I get to Casco Viejo and the Panama Canal?
Casco Viejo is a short taxi ride along the Cinta Costera waterfront, and the Miraflores Locks of the Panama Canal make an easy half-day trip. The reception will gladly help you plan both.
