The gaming floor at Palmora is a physical hall inside the casino hotel — calm, warm-lit and set apart from the lobby, the pool and the restaurant. For most guests it is one part of an evening, together with dinner on the terrace and music by the bay. This website offers no games and no online gambling of any kind.
Entrance and ID check
- The gaming floor is open only to adults aged 18 and over.
- Every visitor shows valid photo ID (passport, Panamanian cédula or driving licence) at the door on every visit — hotel guests included.
- ID may be checked again inside. Anyone without valid ID will be asked to leave.
Inside the hall
Table games
Blackjack and roulette run by professional dealers, who are happy to explain the rules to first-time players.
Slot lounge
A smaller, quieter room away from the bar, with comfortable seating and hosts close by.
Bay terrace
The open-air terrace is a few steps away — a good place for a break, some sea air and a view of the skyline.
House rules
- Smart casual dress in the evening; no swimwear in the hall.
- No photography or filming in the hall, out of respect for other guests.
- Entry may be refused to anyone who appears intoxicated.
Responsible play
Gaming is entertainment, never a way to make money or to deal with problems. Decide on a time limit before you start, take breaks and never play with money you need for anything else.
- Ask a host for a time reminder during your visit.
- Self-exclusion forms are available at the reception — our team will respect your request.
- Independent, confidential support is listed on our Responsible Gaming page.
Visits to the gaming floor are never included in room rates, and stays are never sold in packages with gaming.
